CERAMICS BY ANDREW WERBY

Ceramics have provided a relatively quick and direct method of exploring the possibilities of the juxtamorphic style. Using an adaptation of ancient press-molding techniques, I have made vessels, candelabra, tiles, and other items both functional and not.

This 25 cm (10 inch) vessel uses pineapple, squash and cabbage textures. It was fired using the Raku technique.
